Sony unveiled its latest Android Tablets S1 and S2 last April. Since then there have been talks on the lavish design, which is not unusual considering Sony. The S1 has a wedge design and S2 comes with hinge first for a tablet.

Sony S1 an d S2

The S1 look’s sleek and with the wedge design it would lay comfortably on a flat surface without a support and would still be easy to read, that’s called effective design. The S2 is made with portability in mind. If you need to carry your tablet in your pocket or your small purse, then S2 is your choice as it can be folded and still serve as a tablet with its dual screen. My worry is that big black line in between the screen. Never mind I can fold it up and use one of the screen to watch and other to control. Wait. Can’t i do that otherwise, why need a touchscreen. Can’t say still arrives in the hands. Till then I’m wondering what they had in mind while designing it. In case u missed to get their looks early check the video below.

So I think you can’t wait to get your hands on those beauties. But more details first. Both S1 and S2 runs on Android Honeycomb. Sony has said that they have made the tablets stand out of the rest by the hardware design, the software tweaks adding to the page load response for web and it acts to your touch- faster. Ya better it comes streaming with Sony’s  Qriocity.
